Dr. Meskowsky enjoys working with children, teens, young adults, and adults, and specializes in individual psychotherapy/EMDR and diagnostic psychological testing.    

Dr. Meskowsky started her career during her undergraduate program in Los Angeles working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), neurodevelopmental disorders, traumatic brain injury, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, OCD, and/or those who were dually diagnosed. This introduced Dr. Meskowsky to a strong behaviorally-focused treatment paradigm and applied behavioral strategies.   Following the completion of her master’s degree program, Dr. Meskowsky relocated to New York and worked as an applied behavior therapist in a similar setting with individuals with ASD and found the work to be extremely rewarding. She relocated two more times and worked primarily with families and children with ASD (first in Florida, then in Northern California) utilizing the applied behavior analysis (ABA) approach to treatment as well as providing parent training.  

​Dr. Meskowsky currently specializes in working with children/adolescents/teens/young adults, trauma, and comprehensive diagnostic psychological testing for autism and ADHD (e.g., ADOS, WAIS-IV, WISC-IV, WIPPSI, WIAT-III, WMS-IV, TOVA, Conners, TOVA, PBRS, GADS, ASRS, SRS-2, MMPI, MACI, PAI, and 16PF) . She is also available to provide med-legal reports as a licensed qualified medical evaluator for QME, SIBTF, and AME evaluations.
